How to measure your nipple for the best pump fit?
Follow our simple instructions on how to measure your nipples to find the right size for you:
Gently stimulate your nipple to make sure it is straight. Take a ruler or measuring tape and hold it vertically from the base of the nipple to the top of the nipple (excluding the areola). It is worth measuring each nipple as they can be different sizes, so you may need a different size for each side. Remember that nipple size can change with birth, breastfeeding and pumping, so it is always a good idea to re-check your nipple size from time to time.

Express: use when milk flow has been initiated and milk has started to flow. Use after stimulation mode or immediately after breastfeeding.
Massage: Use if milk has stopped flowing during pumping mode to stimulate additional flow.
Automatic: Optimizes pumping from start to finish, increasing every 15 seconds.
